What we collect
When you contact us: your name, email, phone, company, company size, country and message. When you create an academy account: your name, email, phone, country, job title, company and company size, and your registrations and attendance. We do not collect payment card data on this website.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to run the programs and webinars you register for (including sending the meeting link, reminders and certificates), and, if you agree, to tell you about future programs. We do not sell your data.
Where it is stored
On Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Meeting links are delivered through Microsoft Teams. We keep your data only as long as needed for these purposes or as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to info@od-craft.com. We handle requests in line with the data protection laws that apply to you and to us.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
