The OD Craft Method
Four stages. Your sign-off at each one.
Every engagement follows the same four stages, named in the craft vocabulary. No stage starts before the previous gate is signed, so you always know what you have approved and what comes next.

MeasureOrganizational diagnosis
We measure before we design: structure, roles, workload, performance data and the way decisions are actually made. Interviews, data and documents are checked against each other until the facts are agreed.
Diagnostic report and agreed findings
BlueprintStructure or system design
We design the target structure or system with options, trade-offs and the rules that make it work. Nothing is built until you approve the blueprint.
Approved blueprint
BuildImplementation in your tools
We build the system inside your own Excel or HRIS, in English and Arabic: job descriptions, KPI libraries, forms, policies and tools your team can run without us.
Working system, accepted by you
GaugeCalibration and handover
We run the first cycle with you, calibrate what the data shows and hand over only when the system runs without us.
Calibration report and signed handover
Quality standards in every engagement
Your tools, not ours
Systems run in your own Excel or HRIS. No new software is required.
