About OD Craft

A specialist firm in three disciplines.

OD Craft is a specialist firm in three disciplines: organization design, performance management and capability building. We work with owners, executives and HR leaders of companies of 200 to 5,000 employees whose structure has not kept pace with their growth.

Every consulting engagement follows the OD Craft Method (Measure, Blueprint, Build, Gauge) with a client sign-off at each stage. We deliver systems, not slide decks: an approved structure, complete job descriptions, a competency framework and a performance system running in the client’s own Excel or HRIS, and we stay through the first implementation cycle.

Through the OD Craft Academy we build the capability to run those systems: live workshops, free webinars and recorded playbooks for HR teams and the leaders they work with, each closed by an assessment and a verifiable certificate.

Our story

Why a craft firm, and why now.

    The gap

    Companies that outgrow their structure are usually offered two kinds of help: a course that ends with a certificate, or a report that ends on a shelf. Neither leaves a system behind.

    The idea

    Designing an organization is a craft, not a template. A craftsman measures, cuts to fit and stays until the piece holds. We wanted a firm that works the same way.

    The method

    We turned that idea into four stages, Measure, Blueprint, Build and Gauge, each closed by the client’s sign-off, and into seven services with fixed scope and standard deliverables.

    OD Craft opened in 2026 as an institution from day one: a consulting practice that builds with clients, and an academy that teaches HR teams to run what we build.
