Yes. Every deliverable, program and certificate is available in Arabic and English.

Your certificate is issued automatically in your account when you complete three steps:

• Attend the workshop or webinar (for recorded playbooks: complete every lesson)
• Pass the post-assessment, when the program has one
• Send the short evaluation of the program and the trainer

Every certificate has an ID and a QR code that anyone can verify at od-craft.com/verify.

Create a free account, open the program and press Enroll now. We review every request and confirm your seat by email. When a round is full, you join the waiting list and we offer you a seat in the next round.

In your account, 24 hours before the start. We also email you a reminder one day and one hour before, with the link.

A focused conversation about what is not working: structure, roles, KPIs or the performance cycle. We reply within one working day, and we usually propose a short measurement stage as the first step.

In four stages: Measure, Blueprint, Build and Gauge. Each stage closes with your sign-off before the next one starts, and everything is built inside your own tools so your team can run it.

Yes. Every workshop can run in-house for your team, adapted to your context. Companies can also open a company account to reserve seats, enroll their people and follow their progress.
